Le Voix : Je cherche !!

Well, folks !

Pardonnez-moi !!

It is indeed a long time since anyone has visited or even contributed to this blog. People simply have become busy with things that they never wanted to indulge themselves in. Is this a result of cognitive dissonance ... I feel lost ... I am still trying to figure it out !!

The amount of group formation and the dynamics behind them is simply a startling thing to observe. People do not want to be known for doing something unique. Unfortunately they love to do things that make them familiar with the entire audience. I feel the individual should aspire to break the barrier around himself before even thinking of making a change around himself. The trend is that people love to do things that make them feel fine according to others. This goes on for years until one burns out or becomes retarded.

When you look back, "Oh ! I could have definitely done it differently."

I think its time we start looking for the answers amongst ourselves !!

If you want change, Be the CHANGE !!

Kenny Roger

THE HR CLUB

The HR CLUB aims for self-development. Although it may seem like a very serious job, its one of the most happening clubs at LIBA. We’ve got something for everyone. From creative heads to hard core quizzers to job oriented people have it all. I’m sure all voices at LIBA would unitedly agree...The HR club rocks!!!

The club so far has held the following events and looks forward to organizing many more:

Logo Competition: where people were supposed to suggest logos for the club...People came out with really innovative ideas and the best man won...

HR Quiz: an interesting, exciting event where great minds were ignited. A commendable effort indeed.

The Resume Competition: This competition will help students in preparing flawless resumes. An event of which the outcome is eagerly anticipated something everyone is looking forward to.

Also there have been guest lectures by eminent personalities like Miss Haseena Taj (the HR head of Citibank).
Various other competitions like group discussions, workshops etc are in the pipeline to help students better face the challenges to be encountered at the corporate world

So all you libaiites have loads to look forward to…watch out here we come……
